Twist and Sprout stocks foods containing some allergens. We do our best to prevent cross-contamination by cleaning utensils frequently. However, some cross-contamination may occur when food is on display. If you have a severe food allergy, please consider if bulk food shopping is right for you, or whether pre-packaged products might be best in some instances.

All products at Twist and Sprout are free from the following allergens:

• fish

• crustacean

• mollusc

• egg (including albumen from egg whites)

• milk (including casein and whey)

• lupin

Additionally, all our products are vegan, which means they contain no products derived from animals, such as:

• honey

• meat, including bone char and gelatin

• shellac

• carmine

Products containing gluten, peanuts, soy, sulphites and tree nuts or sesame seeds are stocked in store. Read the labels or ask us for clarification on which products contain allergens.
