Popping corn - a delicious low calorie snack that is easy to make at home. I enjoy adding a bit of paprika, cumin and salt to my popcorn
Hemp seeds - good for sprinkling on top of salad, yoghurt or cereal
Dried apricots are back! My dad will be pleased
