Gluten-free flour is great for thickening sauces, flatbread or tempura. It can also be used as a substitute for wheat-based plain flour in almost any other scenario; the texture will be slightly different due to the lack of gluten. Try mixing this flour with other grains or meals to find the perfect result. Product of New Zealand.

 

This flour is stored out the back of the shop, separate from any gluten-containing products, so please ask about this product when you come in.
